Cocoa-coated gluten-free wafer rolls
Naturally, our first gluten-free product was the wafer roll, made from corn starch. At first glance we see a toasted wafer roll, well made and with a good presence: nothing makes us think of the surprise that awaits us when savouring it. This wafer has a special crunchiness, given by the corn starch. A particular flavor that makes it unique and the favorite of many people, both celiacs and non.
